What is Rio's policy on shortages?

All shortages must be claimed within 48 hours of receipt of the
order. To claim a shortage,
contact us by email, phone or fax.
If I order today when will I receive my product?
All orders go out the same day. Orders placed before 2:00 pm
CST will be delivered within 1 to 2 days.
What forms of payment does Rio accept?
Rio Office Supply accepts all major credit cards, corporate
purchasing cards, purchase orders from customers with an open account
status and PayPal.
What is the cost of shipping?
All domestic orders that do not contain furniture are free of charge
as long as your order exceeds the minimum order amount ($75.00).
How do I set up an account?
Contact us
and we will fax or mail a credit application to you that you can
return to us by fax. It takes one to two days to set up an account
once credit approval has been issued.
